Our kitchen projects typically start from ₹8–12 lakhs for a standard size, including materials, labour and our design fee. We provide a detailed BOQ before any commitment.
A standard kitchen project takes 6–12 weeks from design approval to reveal. Complex projects with custom joinery may take 14–16 weeks. A detailed week-by-week timeline is provided in our proposal.
We prioritize exceptional Indian materials — Makrana marble, Jodhpur sandstone, Jaipur block-print fabrics, hand-knotted carpets. Where required, we import specific fittings from Italy or Germany, always with transparent pricing.
Absolutely. Every Ochre House project includes photorealistic 3D renders and virtual walkthroughs so you can explore and approve your kitchen before a single wall is touched.
Yes. Our in-house civil team and network of master craftsmen handle all structural, electrical and plumbing work. Full turnkey delivery is our standard — not an add-on.
