Commercial · Delhi NCR
The client came to Ochre House with a clear aspiration — a space that honoured Rajasthan's architectural heritage while delivering every comfort expected by a discerning modern family. The 8,500 sq ft commercial presented both a rich canvas and a complex set of constraints.
From the first site visit, our team could see the potential in the bones of the building — the proportions, the natural light, the relationship between interior and the garden beyond. Our task was to honour what was already there while transforming every surface, fixture and finish.
A high-growth fintech company needed a workspace that projected the confidence and creativity of their brand while attracting top talent from design-forward global firms. The brief was to create something that felt unmistakably Indian but internationally sophisticated.
We anchored the design in a warm terracotta and aged bronze palette — distinctly Indian but with the discipline of a contemporary editorial office. A central collaborative atrium features a suspended jali screen installation that creates a dramatic focal point while allowing natural light to penetrate the full depth of the floor plate.
A carefully curated palette of heritage and contemporary materials, sourced from the finest suppliers in India and abroad.
"I was nervous that a heritage design firm would create something too traditional for our modern tech company. I was completely wrong. Ochre House created a workspace that our team loves coming to every day and that consistently surprises and impresses our clients and international partners. It is exactly who we are."
